Day 01: Guwahati Airport / Rly Station – Shillong (100 kms / 03 hrs.)
Arrival in Guwahati and Journey to Shillong
Welcome to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station
You will be received by our representative at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station on arrival. Take the ride to Shillong, the “Scotland of the East”. Enjoy the scenic vistas on the way.
Enroute Stop:
Umium Lake
Enroute stop – Umium Lake: One can enjoy the sight seeing of this beautiful still watered lake with natural hilly surroundings. On a personal note, you will love to stay and experience the actual atmosphere there.
Arrival in Shillong
Moving forward, to Shillong: Resume journey towards Shillong. You may arrive around evening at your hotel there, do the check-in.
Evening leisure time. End.
Spend a day night at Shillong hotel while making preparation for the encounters awaiting you.
Day 02: Excursion to Cherrapunjee (60 kms / 2 hrs. One Way)
Day Excursion to Cherrapunjee
Early Breakfast
Early breakfast served at the hotel by 0730/0745 hours.
Journey to Cherrapunjee
Day-excursion to Cherrapunjee: On arrival, visit the following spots – Cherrapunji, the wettest place in the world. Enjoy the scenic drive and experience the lush landscapes in and around Cherrapunjee.
Nohkalikai Falls
Nohkalikai Falls: See India’s tallest waterfalls situated there; spend some time around with the breathtaking views in memorable photographic moments.
Visit Mawsmai Caves
Visit Mawsmai Caves: Leave for Mawsmai caves, famous for its limestone formations. Enjoy the interesting natural caves and the different geological features.
Return Enroute
Return Enroute: Return to Shillong by visiting the Elephant Falls to spend some time enjoying the refreshing atmosphere.
Visit Shillong Peak
Visit Shillong Peak: Take a visit to Shillong Peak to have the panoramic view of the city and the surrounding hills.

Breakfast:
Enjoy yummy breakfast at your hotel.
Don Bosco Museum:
Begin your day of sightseeing by visiting the Don Bosco Museum; it houses and celebrates a rich culture and heritage found in Northeast India. Check out a few exhibits that give you an outlook on different traditions, various lifestyles, and arts existing among the indigenous people.
Ward's Lake:
Observe the artificial lake, also known as Ward's Lake, that is surrounded by gardens. Take a relaxed walk around the lake and enjoy the benches that speak of serenity.
Lady Hydari Park:
The park also depicts an elegant part of well-manicured gardens along with a small zoo. Spend some time exploring this park and its vibrant flora.
Evening Free:
Enjoy whatever you want, which can include exploring some local markets to shop for souvenirs or dining in local cuisine served in restaurants.
Night Stay:
You return to your hotel in Shillong for a very good night's sleep.
Day 04: Shillong – Guwahati Airport / Rly Station (100 kms / 03 hrs.)

Check-Out
After breakfast, get out from your hotel in Shillong.
Transfer to Guwahati
Move to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station. Enjoy the picturesque beauty while going down the hill range. On arrival at Guwahati, you will be received, driven to your hotel, assisted with your luggage, and further accompanied to board your flight or train for your onward journey with beautiful memories of your trip to Shillong and the stunning Northeast.

Day 05: Sandakphu to Sabargram

Start trekking early morning from Sandakphu to reach Sabargram. Today’s trek is moderate but long, covering 15 km in approximately 8 hours. The scenery is among the best, with plenty of rhododendron trees in full bloom if you visit in April or May. Camp for the night at Sabargram.
Day 06: Sabargram to Gorkhey via Phalut

Today's trek is easy with a mostly descending trail. Views of Kangchenjunga on your left will keep the photographer in you alive. The trek will take about 5 hours to reach Gorkhey. Once we cross the Gorkhey river, we enter Sikkim. Camp overnight at Gorkhey.
Day 07: Gorkhey to Sepi

Start early from Gorkhey. Walking through Sammanden and Rammam villages, we will reach Sepi around 2 PM. The trek ends here.
