AMAZING LADAKH

Day 01: Arrival at Leh Airport
Arrival Leh Kushok Bakula Airport This must be one of the Most Sensational Flights in the World. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize on high altitudes. Evening walk around and visit Leh Market for shopping, overnight stay in Hotel at Leh. Shanti Stupa is a Buddhist white-domed stupa (chorten) on a hilltop in Chanspa, Leh district, Ladakh, in north India. Day 02: Fullday Sham Valley Excursion
After breakfast you drive downstream along the River Indus on Leh – Kargil Highway. And start our sightseeing with Hall of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib at an altitude of 3600 Mtrs about 22 Kms from Leh was constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev ji Nestled deep in the Himalayas, A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. As you move ahead from Magnetic Hills, just before Nimmu Village, there comes a famous Confluence of Two Rivers Indus River coming from Tibet (left) and Zanskar River coming from Zanskar Valley (right). Zanskar River is known for its famous Chadar Trek. Later we drive back to Leh. Evening visit to return back to Leh. Overnight stay in Leh hotel.
Day 03: Leh –Khardungla Pass - Nubra Valley 160 Kms/4.5 Hrs)

Post breakfast drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra Valley check in at Camp / Hotel for Overnight stay. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley in Camp.
Day 04: Nubra Valley – Turtuk – Nubra Valley (165 Kms/04 Hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Turtuk for day Excursion, Turtuk is a village in the Leh district located in the Nubratehsil, 205 km from the Leh town, on the banks of the ShyokRiver.Turtukgram panchayat is the northernmost village of India. Turtuk was under Pakistan's control until 1971, after which India gained control of this strategic area. It is predominantly a Muslim village, and residents speak languages including Balti, Ladakhi and Urdu.Turtuk is the last outpost in India after which the Pakistan-controlled Gilgit-Baltistan begins. Turtuk is one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier. Turtuk was opened to tourists in 2009. The village offers views of Beautiful Valley, part of the Shyok Valley. Though a Muslim village, there are a few gompas located on the plateau above the Shyok River and there is an old royal house to see in the village. Turtuk is one of the few places in India where one can witness Balti culture. After enjoyed your day return back to Nubra, overnight stay in Camp at Nubra
Day 05: Nubra Valley – Shayok River - Pangong Lake (274 Kms/07 Hrs)

After an early breakfast we check out from the Camp and drive to Hunder where you have the opportunity to ride on a bactrian camel double humped (On Direct payment Basis) amidst the sand dunes of this high-altitude desert with snow-capped mountains on the horizon. Between Hunder and Diskit you come across sand dunes besides the road. Seen in isolation you could well be amongst the sand dunes of the Thar Desert in Rajasthan. It is indeed a strange sight since immediately on the left of the road are Rocky Mountains that characterize the Ladakhi landscape and in the distance can be seen snow-capped mountains. Later drive towards Pangong Lake by Shyok on the way, you have an amazing view of charming villages, beautiful mountains, animals like Yaks, nomads and the beautiful valley of Changthang. Overnight stay at Pangong in Camp.
Day 06: Pangong Lake – Leh (225 Kms/05 Hrs)

Early Morning enjoy the picturesque view of sun rise on Lake, after breakfast drive back to Leh by Crossing Chang-la pass (The world's third highest motorable road 5360 m) on the way visit Shey, Hemis & Thiksey Monasteries, overnight stay in Hotel at Leh. The Shey Monastery or Gompa and the Shey Palace complex are structures located on a hillock in Shey, 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) to the south of Leh in Ladakh, northern India on the Leh-Manali road. Shey was the summer capital of Ladakh in the past. It contains a huge shahyamuni buddha statue. It is the second largest buddha statue in Ladakh. Hemis Monastery is a Himalayan Buddhist monastery (gompa) of the Drukpa Lineage, in Hemis, Ladakh, India. Thikse Gompa or Thikse Monastery (also transliterated from Ladakhi as Tiksey, Thiksey or Thiksay) is a gompa (Tibetan-style monastery) affiliated with the Gelug sect of Tibetan Buddhism.
