LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Please note that we have high demand for this tour. Due to VVIP nature we have only 30 passes per day available. The booking is an assurance of your intent but we will confirm your reservation after checking the availability of slots on 'first come, first serve' basis.
- Please note unless we confirm the reservation your money is fully refundable.
- We cannot assure the exact date for the pilgrimage for reasons sighted above. Kindly be flexible with your dates.
- The money will not be refunded once the reservation is made but we do not assume the responsibility for the failure of other service providers ( airline, Uber, etc ).
- This pilgrimage is first of its kind. We have coordinated with local authorities, the priests and service providers to organize this trip. All efforts will be done to ensure we provide the services as described. However we do not undertake any responsibility if any service is not available for unavoidable reasons beyond the control of Luxe Vistas.
Luxe Vistas is not liable for any bodily injury or harm, accidents, property damage or personal loss to the clients as a result of, but not limited to –
- Physical exertion for which the client may not be prepared.
- Transportation by plane, train car, bus, boat or other mode of transportation.
- Forces of nature like high winds, hurricanes, flooding, etc.
- Exhaustion due to heat.
- Civil unrest or terrorism.
- Quality of medical services in the tour areas.
- Luxe Vistas reserves the right, if the circumstances so demand, to make alterations in the hotel or route of the trip to improve the quality of the tour or in the interest of better accommodation of guests.
- Luxe Vistas is in no way ever responsible for damage to the personal belongings of clients including electronic goods during the tour. This includes but is not limited to damage in water, accidents, loss, and theft.
- The maximum liability on the part of Luxe Vistas arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered, shall be limited to the total amount received from the client. Any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever will never be part of our liability.
ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS BY CLIENT
Clients and users of this website acknowledge that they have voluntarily desired to explore the website and applied voluntarily to participate in the tour designed therein with the knowledge of various risks which includes but are not limited to the numerous risks and dangers involved including but not limited to –
- Physical exertion for which the client may not be prepared.
- Transportation by plane, train car, bus, boat or other mode of transportation.
- Forces of nature like high winds, hurricanes, flooding, etc.
- Exhaustion due to heat.
- Civil unrest, terrorism or criminal activity.
- Quality of medical services in tour areas.
- Problem associated with lost or misplaced luggage.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
- Client/user of this website acknowledges that the enjoyment and excitement of the tour are derived from the inherent risks incurred therein and activity beyond the safety of normal life at home and that such inherent risks contribute to excitement & enjoyment. Therefore, the client agrees to be responsible for their welfare and associated risks during the tour.
- Client/user of this website discharges and releases Luxe Vistas from and against all sorts of liabilities arising during the intended tour except those that arise due to the negligence of Luxe Vistas.
- Client/user of this website further agrees that this release of liability shall be legally binding upon them, all family members and minors travelling with them and their heirs, successors, assigns & legal representatives.
- Luxe Vistas reserves the right to increase the tour price without any prior information in the event of an increase in cost due to changes in airfares, railway fares, currency fluctuations, fuel prices, etc.
- Luxe Vistas reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a specific tour group or to cancel or modify group schedule/group without notice.
Clients/ users of this website have been advised to have travel insurance, cancellation insurance and medical insurance and the same is the sole responsibility of the person intending to incur tour. They will further be responsible for –
- Being in sufficiently good health to undertake the tour.
- To prepare themselves for the tour by studying the itinerary and pre-departure materials.
- Bring the appropriate clothing and equipment as advised from time to time.
- Luxe Vistas reserves the right to take photographs or film records of any of the tours booked by them and to use any such photograph or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes, including use by third parties with whom Luxe Vistas may engage in joint marketing. For such a photograph or film, the client, who travels, will not be remunerated. The client assigns to Luxe Vistas all rights, titles and interests that he/ she may have in or to any media during the tour.
- The client/ user of this website understands that Luxe Vistas reserves the right to refuse anyone as a tour participant or remove anyone from a tour if it judges them to be incapable of meeting the rigours and requirements of participating in the activities of the tour, or who it determines to detract from the enjoyment of the tour by others.
- The client/ user of this website will have to follow all written and verbal rules of safety presented to them by the service providers.
- Luxe Vistas reserves the right to make route, hotel and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.
COMPLAINTS
If any client or user of this website have any grievance in respect of services provided by Luxe Vistas, the same can be notified to us within 7 days of availing the service. We shall take all reasonable steps to redress the genuine grievance. Such complaints may be addressed to infoluxevistas@gmail.com
LIMITED USE
Unless otherwise specifically requested, the services of Luxe Vistas is not for commercial use. It is meant for personal, family or group use only. The client / website user shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from this web-site.
ALTERATION IN PUBLISHED DESCRIPTION

The user / clients warrant that they will not use our web site for any purpose that is unlawful or illegal for the time being in force within or outside India.
